We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our performance marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, managing, and optimizing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns. You will play a critical role in driving user acquisition and achieving business goals by reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Cost Per Lead (CPL). Reporting to the Acquisition Team Lead, you will collaborate closely with Retention, Data Analytics, and Product teams.
Responsibilities:
Design, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, and Video), Iranian ad networks (e.g., Yektanet, Tapsell, Mediaad), and Telegram Ads
Develop creative strategies to attract high-quality leads for our financial products in alignment with user acquisition and cross-sell goals
Manage campaign budgets effectively with a focus on key performance metrics such as CAC, CPL, ROAS, and CTR
Implement and manage event tracking via Google Tag Manager to monitor user behavior
Analyze campaign performance and user journeys using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Yandex Metrica
Build and maintain performance dashboards to track KPIs and identify optimization opportunities
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
Apply Attribution Modeling (e.g., Multi-Touch Attribution) to evaluate channel performance and optimize budget allocation
Perform competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and new advertising opportunities
Collaborate with Retention and Analytics teams to align acquisition strategies with broader business goals
Prepare detailed performance reports and present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements/Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically managing paid advertising campaigns
Proven track record of running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results
Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Yandex Metrica
Familiarity with Iranian ad networks (e.g., Yektanet, Tapsell, Mediaad) and Telegram advertising
Experience in the financial services or B2C industry is a strong plus
Deep understanding of KPI-driven optimization (CAC, CPL, ROAS, CTR)
Solid knowledge of A/B Testing methodologies and Attribution Modeling
Strong communication skills to convey insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Accountability and reliability in managing campaigns, budgets, and timelines
Creativity to craft engaging and effective ad strategies
