Role Overview:

As the Data Analysis Team Lead at SnappShop, you will lead a team of 3 analysts, transforming data into actionable business insights. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will combine strong technical expertise with business understanding to drive strategic decision-making and support ecommerce growth.
Duties:

• ·        Lead and mentor a team of 3 data analysts to deliver high-quality analytical insights.
• ·        Develop, optimize, and maintain complex data pipelines using PySpark and SQL.
• ·        Apply advanced analytical methods to interpret large datasets, uncover trends, and generate business recommendations.
• ·        Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility.
• ·        Define actionable metrics that align with business goals and track performance effectively.
• ·        Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and design data-driven solutions.
• ·        Present findings and insights to leadership in a clear, actionable manner.
• ·        Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes and tools.

TRequirement:

• ·        Proven experience in data analysis or data science, with leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• ·        Advanced proficiency in PySpark and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• ·        Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and best practices.
• ·        Strong business acumen, including knowledge of business operations and financial metrics.
• ·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ·        Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• ·        Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ·        Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
